Preorders

Shinar is currently accepting preorders for The Tea Butters. Preorder customers will be among the first to receive their orders upon fulfillment.

Once your preorder is ready to ship you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Standard shipping and processing terms outlined below apply from the point of fulfillment.

Preorder purchases may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting care@shinarwellnessbeauty.com with your order number. After 24 hours all preorder sales are final.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

To maintain product integrity and small-batch standards, orders are dispatched once weekly on Thursdays. Orders placed by Wednesday at 5 PM EST will ship that Thursday. Orders placed after Wednesday at 5 PM EST will ship the following Thursday.

Shinar does not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Shipping Method

Domestic orders ship via USPS.

A flat shipping rate will be applied at checkout. Carrier delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shinar is not responsible for delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Product Integrity & Warm Weather Notice

Shinar products are crafted with unrefined shea butter and botanical infusions. Due to their nature, slight softening or texture shifts may occur during transit. This does not affect product integrity or performance.

During warmer months, orders are packed with protective insulation and an ice pack to support product stability in transit.

If your product arrives softened, allow it to rest in a cool environment until it returns to its natural consistency before use.

Shinar is not responsible for product changes resulting from prolonged exposure to heat after delivery. We recommend retrieving packages promptly upon delivery.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact care@shinarwellnessbeauty.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To initiate a claim, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer shipping box
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged product
  • All interior packaging materials

Once documentation is reviewed and approved, eligible claims will be resolved with either a replacement or refund, determined at Shinar's discretion.

Requests submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery are not eligible for review.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted on opened or used items.

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and is reported within the required timeframe.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Shinar is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate any investigation.
